      Details

      The duties and responsibilities of the Events Coordinator center on driving the Big Blue Suncrest Van, planning and managing events of varying sizes and purposes. Coordinators have to understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly with our new and current referring sources. Here are the most essential duties and responsibilities:

      · Drive the Big Blue Van to multiple scheduled events a day

      · Establish and maintain relationships with referring sources and accounts

      · Plan event details and aspects, including scheduling, dates, times and locations

      · Communicate with each Suncrest Marketer/Leader for event pre-planning

      · Manage budget with all costs associated with Suncrest events

      · Manage events and address potential questions that may arise

      · Plan for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event

      · Maintain a working knowledge of hospice care and various healthcare settings

      · Constantly promotes Suncrest with positivity, energy and professionalism

      Qualifications

      • Demonstration of good communication and public relations skills
      • Ability to work independently
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources
      • Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
