      Job summary

      Community Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) - Band 3 Salary: £29,176 - £30,225 (inclusive of HCAS)Location: Across the London Borough of Bromley - Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington & Biggin Hill

      Hours: Ideally FT & some PT (minimum 3 days/week) availablePlease note: The first 6 weeks of the role will require full-time attendance for training.

      The post-holder is required to work across a 7-day rota (7.5 hrs per day), including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the local community.

      Times are a mix of 8.15am - 4.15pm & 10.45am - 6.45pm.

      Main duties of the job

      Main duties and responsibilities associated with this role are:

      What You'll Do:

      • Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care to patients in the community
      • Support individuals with chronic conditions, post-hospital care, and patients at end of life needs
      • Working autonomously but will have the support and supervision of qualified District Nurses
      • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
