- Manage all aspects of the sales process, including contracts, closings, preparing loan paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
- Greet clients, assess the customer’s needs, answer questions and provide tours of the homes and community.
- Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing community & sales information, making appointments etc.
- Follow-up on sales leads from various sources including advertising, telephone and website, social media along with identifying local marketing opportunities for new business.
- Maintain professional business activity with customers throughout the process.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.

Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
