  Job Description

  Located in and responsible for the Los Angeles, CA area.

  Responsible for managing project and business development activities within mortgage strategic markets business line. Typically works with senior business line management to execute upon designated strategies and impact goals. Design and execution of local business development plans to advance homeownership across strategic markets within specified geographies. Tasked with the creation of community outreach engagement activities/events in collaboration with both internal and external partners. Enhanced focus and adherence to gathering data and sharing metrics and outcomes related to all business development efforts and ensures compliance with all Bank and regulatory requirements and guidelines. Has a comprehensive knowledge of assigned business function and technical skills. Recognized as an expert in designated area of focus. Travel required.

  Basic Qualifications

  - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  - Eight to ten years relationship management/business development/community outreach activities

  Preferred Skills/Experience

  - Mortgage lending experience strongly preferred

  - Exceptional communication skills

  - Heightened level of initiative and resourcefulness

  - Strong organizational and analytical skills

  The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $114,325.00 - $134,500.00 - $147,950.00
