What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage daily operations of the assigned property, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations
- Analyze financial statements and develop budgets to meet targeted revenues
- Oversee lease enforcement, including resident applications, inspections, and evictions
- Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and appeal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience or relevant field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Physical capability to perform property inspections and manage maintenance tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in multi-family housing operations
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Proven track record of enhancing resident satisfaction and retention
- Leadership experience in supervising property staff
- Knowledge of local market trends impacting property management
