      We are hiring anApartment Community Managerfor our property in theSan Jose, CAarea!

      What We Offer

      AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:

      • Expected salary range of $80,000 - $85,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
      • Commissionsfor new leases and renewals.
      • An Apartment Benefit option is availableto live on-site at the community you are working. The market rent is included as additional income to your base salary and automatically applied to the 100% of the rent cost. Income taxes apply to 80% of the rent cost, as it is considered taxable income.The unit will be selected and approved by Operations leadership based on availability.(certain exclusions apply, specific unit is based on availability and must be approved by operations leadershipand an application is required).

      What You Will Do

      • Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
      • Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
      • Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
      • Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
      Qualifications

      What You Have

      • At least 3 years of experience with sales, customer service, and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality, retail, restaurants etc.)
      • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in property management.
      • 1-3 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
      • Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
      • Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
      • Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
      • Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie, Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce etc.
