- Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-site
- Manage the property to the approved operating budget
- Oversee the lease-up of the property
- Collect rent and manage delinquency
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
- Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residents
- Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
- Promote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and ongoing job performance evaluations
- Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
- Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects
- 3+ years of student housing or multifamily property management experience required.
- 2+ years of property management or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to use and quickly learn technology – Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management and dashboarding software
- Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
- Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
- Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing to a budget, P&L ownership
- Team Player – able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed
- “Client-ready” professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience is required.

Community Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $68,000-$70,000 per year, plus the ability to earn performance bonuses
POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property.
TEAM: Redstone Residential is a national student and conventional housing operator, headquartered in Provo, Utah. Managing more than 35,000 leases and operating in 18 states, Redstone is the 5th largest 3rd party management company in the U.S.! We are also seeing rapid expansion with our conventional portfolios!
