- Creating effective marketing plans and monitoring contractor performance.
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed and safety meetings are held.
- Identifying repairs or capital projects and maintaining property standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the San Francisco market preferred.
- Experience managing 100-200 units.
- Strong sales skills.
- Ability to analyze business data and write reports.
- Proficiency with property operations software, Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word.

SUMMARY
This person is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Some additional duties include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Benefits include 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for health benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided as per law.
