      OPPORTUNITY: COMMUNITY MANAGER - SAN FRANCISCO, CA

      **DAYS REQUIRED: MONDAY - FRIDAY**

      Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a 160-unit community, The Rise at Hayes Valley! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a great company in a convenient location!

      SUMMARY

      This person is responsible for the overall supervision and performance of the property. Some additional duties include:

      • Hiring, training, and developing a competent team.
      • Managing daily operations such as reviewing rent recommendations and maximizing income.
      • Collecting rents, implementing legal delinquent rent procedures, ensuring resident insurance compliance, screening adherence, resident retention, and timely reporting.
      • Reviewing and analyzing monthly performance, creating budgets, and forecasts.
      • Creating effective marketing plans and monitoring contractor performance.
      • Ensuring safety procedures are followed and safety meetings are held.
      • Identifying repairs or capital projects and maintaining property standards.

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
      • Knowledge of the San Francisco market preferred.
      • Experience managing 100-200 units.
      • Strong sales skills.
      • Ability to analyze business data and write reports.
      • Proficiency with property operations software, Outlook, Internet, Excel, and Word.

      Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Benefits include 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, and discounts. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week are eligible for health benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time is provided as per law.
