What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with programs targeting Spanish-speaking communities, such as the Ambassador Program and Creator Camp
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for holidays, events, and specialized programming
- Monitor and report on Community Marketing’s performance against key KPIs
- Facilitate communication and workflow management among Community Marketing team members
- Collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment and accountability in project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert-level fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, program management, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision making
- Proven experience in tracking project deliverables and analyzing KPIs
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry and the Twitch platform from both viewer and broadcaster perspectives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Existing professional relationships with creators, developers, or community members
- Extensive knowledge of the Twitch platform, including experience as a user and streamer
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable, Asana, Mode, and Salesforce
