What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Market Liaisons and Project Managers to organize and deploy educational sessions
- Facilitate communication and coordination with presenters to ensure session readiness
- Oversee the creation and distribution of session materials, including slides and handouts
- Address questions and open items before, during, and after sessions to ensure quality standards
- Generate reports on session deployment, attendance, and engagement metrics for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Significant experience in establishing Communities of Practice (CoPs)
- 8 years of project management experience optimizing business and project-level process flows
- Expertise in managing teams with Kanban board or Microsoft Project experience
- Experience working in a VA/VHA, medical facility, or health organization, with knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading successful projects within a Community of Practice
- Project Management experience, specifically with government contracts
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exemplary customer service
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- PMP or Procsi Certification
