What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule and attend visits at provider partner sites and community events
- Share information about Marigold Health's peer recovery services
- Reach out to potential members via text (SMS), calls, or mail
- Support the relationship between Marigold and provider partners
- Work towards targets and goals set by contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in community outreach or healthcare sales
- Ability to make individuals feel comfortable and understood
- Certified Peer Support Specialist or Recovery Coach certification in MA
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Calendar
- Excellent time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in healthcare
- Knowledge of peer services or recovery coaching
- Experience with using technology to improve healthcare
