What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Point of contact for clients; effectively communicate program updates and information
- Manage and resolve support tickets or other client concerns
- Data entry and reporting
- Share information and engage with the public at events
- Assist with transporting supplies or sorting donations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to set aside personal judgement for the betterment of the client and the animals
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Georgia driver’s license or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to travel across the State of Georgia as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Animal experience a plus
- Previous experience in animal welfare or related field
- Experience with veterinary assistant tasks
