What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve girl and adult membership goals through strategic outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and leaders
- Provide training and support to program facilitators at regional sites
- Implement marketing strategies for membership recruitment
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track outreach efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual skills desired
- Experience in project management
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Volunteer experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of youth development programs
- Experience working in underserved communities
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
