      THE ROLE:

      In this role, you will drive our sales and partnership efforts across assigned Regional Centers. Your primary focus will be on forging robust relationships with community partners, collaborating with internal teams, and propelling our sales initiatives to new heights. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

      • Spearhead sales and referral generation for assigned Regional Centers, devising, and executing strategic plans in collaboration with the Community Partnerships leadership team
      • Innovate and contract new service lines, aligning them with the needs of Regional Centers
      • Deepen and renew relationships with Regional Centers, keeping them informed about 24’s latest offerings
      • Represent the organization professionally in various settings, including Regional Center meetings and community events
      • Execute diverse sales activities (e.g., presentations, meetings, email campaigns) to enhance our brand's visibility and drive referral targets
      • Participate in and contribute to community-focused initiatives and campaigns, expanding our brand's presence in the developmental disability community
      • Identify and nurture alternative channel partnerships to bolster business growth
      • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, analyzing ROI and presenting findings in various settings
      • Foster a sales-centric culture and aligning team efforts with business objectives
      • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure sales strategies are practical and effective
      • Champion continuous communication and an open-door policy, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
      • Provide interim coverage for other territories, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs

      This position will collaborate in person 1x a quarter with the dynamic team in our Oxnard office and will spend 70% of their time in the Bakersfield area. Additional travel to other Kern County Regional Center locations will be required.

      The anticipated salary range for this California-based position is $70,000 to $72,000. Additionally, there is a potential for a targeted bonus and commission as well as a $5,000 signing bonus and a $10,200 annual car stipend paid out to you directly on a bi-weekly basis.

      WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

      • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish
      • A proven track record in managing high-volume outbound communications and lead generation
      • Experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking abilities
      • Strong communication skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships
      • A passion for driving significant outcomes and leveraging creative strategies for broad impact
      • Willingness to challenge norms and foster growth through constructive tension
      • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for community events and meetings
