      Pay Rates: Day£22.89

      Night: £29.42

      Sun/Bank Holiday : £35.96

      Shift Patterns: -: Early 08- 16:00hrs, Late 12- 20:00hrs & 9-5pm.

      What you can add:

      • Providing robust assessment of patients (by telephone or face-to-face) who have been referred due to presenting with mental health difficulties.
      • Identifying appropriate care pathways and ensuring the least restrictive option to meet the needs of the patient and ensuring their well being.
      • Signposting to appropriate care providers (including primary and tertiary care).
      • Raising concerns to senior staff for support and management.
      • Completing documentation and planning care for patients.
      • Presenting cases to Multi-Disciplinary Team for discussion around care pathway.
      • Liaison with colleagues nursing, occupational therapy, medics, psychology and admin.

      The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

      What you'll need:

      • A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Community Psychiatric Nurse in an UK hospital environment within the last 3 years
      • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
      • *Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

      *Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
