      POSITION SUMMARY

      The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for developing and coordinating community programs, implementing league initiatives, and supporting general community outreach efforts.       PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Assist with planning and execution of Bills and League community programs such as Bills HeartBEAT, Crucial Catch, Salute to Service, etc.
      • Support the coordination of team and player community events during the season and throughout the year
      • Support Community Relations initiatives at training camp including community group visits
      • Support and execute Community Relations game day events and experiences
      • Coordinate Community Ticket Program
      • Manage budget and impact report for assigned programs and events
      • Provide year end summaries for community programs and activities
      • Actively develop relationships with non-profit organizations in the WNY area to strengthen the outreach footprint
      • Assist with facilitating donations and community sponsorships
      • Assist with recruiting player and team representatives in participating in community outreach initiatives
      • Other responsibilities as assigned

      REQUIREMENTS

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 2 years related experience
      • Strategic and creative thinking with strong organizational skills
      • Valid driver’s license
      • Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to take initiative and coordinate projects from development through completion
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
      • Work schedule must be flexible – evenings and weekends required as needed
      • Physical demands
        • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
        • Must be able to climb stadium stairs
        • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
