Job Summary:

This is a dual position, with approximately 70% of the time spent on duties and objectives related to sales and 30% spent on duties and objectives related to marketing.

Sales (70%)

Your role is to help families in their search for home care by providing information about the industry in general and Senior Helpers in particular. An average day involves making phone calls, writing emails, and text messages to leads, receiving inbound calls regarding home care services, and performing the initial assessment (sales call) at the client's home. Your strong follow-up and organizational skills ensure that leads are followed up on in a timely and methodical manner. Families are put at ease during the initial consultation by your calm and familiar demeanor and your ability to answer questions related to the services we provide.

Marketing (30%)

You are responsible for building relationships with community stakeholders in order to generate steady streams of client referrals. You will work closely with the ownership team to develop a strategy that will build a strong client base and develop relationships with key referral sources. On an average day you may be meeting with the Executive Director of an Independent Living Community to present the benefits that LIFE Profile can have on occupancy rates or giving a presentation at a doctor's office on how the Senior Gems training provided to our caregivers enables those with Alzheimer's and Dementia to be treated with dignity and respect while maximizing their independence. Your passion for success coupled with your professionalism, will promote Senior Helpers as the premier in-home care provider in the area.

The successful candidate will have the ability to successfully convert leads to clients and to develop a successful strategy for growth. While her/his main focus will be marketing and sales, she/he will not shy away from helping out in other aspects of the business, as needed. She/he will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with those from different cultural backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing a strategy to market to community stakeholders.
• Maintain after-hours availability as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Benefits:

• $75,000-$100,000 total first-year compensation
• $40,000-$50,000 Base Salary plus uncapped bonus/commission structure and car allowance
• Mileage Allowance
• 3 Weeks Paid Time Off
