      Salary: $65,000 - $67,000 based on experience - plus a competitive incentive bonus plan

      We are currently seeking a driven and passionate Community Relations Director.

      Community Relations Director Responsibilities include:

      · Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the Community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail, and other marketing vehicles.

      · Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries and recording consistent and appropriate follow up communication with inquires and prospective residents.

      · Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document in Community’s CRM database per PSL policies and procedures.

      · Accurately track quantity vs. quality of referral activity, determining appropriate follow up actions.

      · Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and interested parties.

      Community Relations Director Education & Experience:

      · Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

      · A minimum of two years’ sales experience, in the senior living industry preferred

      · A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred

      · Working knowledge of computers (including Microsoft Office) and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
