What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development and implementation of the Cultural Competency Program to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead the creation and submission of the Cultural Competency Plan and Limited English Proficiency Plan, incorporating community feedback
- Develop education and outreach strategies in partnership with cultural and community leaders
- Provide guidance to internal staff and external partners on achieving cultural and linguistic competency
- Analyze complex data reports to identify and implement effective solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license
- Experience working with culturally diverse members, staff, contractors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Experience in administrative leadership and advanced problem solving
- Ability to analyze data reports and make informed decisions

- Experience in the field of diversity and in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
