- Assist the occupational therapists and physiotherapists in the overall management of patient's therapy needs in collaboration with carers, support workers, health staff and agencies.
- Under the direction and guidance of the occupational therapists or physiotherapists, manage and be responsible for their own clinical caseload of clients, following therapeutic rehabilitation programmes in order to improve their functional abilities.
- Prescribe and issue assistive equipment and minor adaptions as appropriate.
- Work independently using own initiative, within level of competence.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a generic band 4 Senior Therapy Assistant to work within the Community Resource teams (CRT)in North Denbighshire.
The successful candidate will be joining an established and supportive team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who work very closely within the CRT teams including with the District Nurse Team, Social Services and Reablement teams and linking with Primary Care teams, and other partners.
