      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and participate in outreach initiatives to promote awareness and use of dental benefits
      - Educate current and potential members about oral health, preventive care, and available services
      - Provide benefit navigation assistance, including help with appointments and using online tools
      - Conduct Oral Health Risk Assessments (OHRA) and assist members in selecting a dental home
      - Collaborate with regional partners and community organizations to promote services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
      - Strong interpersonal skills to engage culturally diverse and low-income populations
      - Knowledge of healthcare or dental services is preferred
      - Ability to stand for extended periods and proactively engage with the public in community settings
      - Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (minimum liability of $100,000)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working independently and interacting with the public in community settings
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
      - Previous experience in healthcare or dental outreach programs
