Community Staff Nurse -Band 5
MELKSHAM & BOA COMMUNITY TEAM
Permanent - 1 WTE - 37.5 hours per week
Base - Melksham Community Hospital.
Melksham & BOA Community Team provide high quality, complex care in the community setting, which includes caring for some very vulnerable people often in extremely challenging environments.

Main duties of the job
Experience in front line NHS community patient care is essential as is evidence of up-to-date clinical professional development. Applicants need to have excellent clinical skills, well developed communication skills and be able to work under pressure. The role is demanding but rewarding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals who can work flexibly and efficiently.
Melksham Community Team is a busy Team caring for patients registered with a Melksham or BOA GP, you will have the opportunity to work alongside other members of the Multidisciplinary Team such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners and other Specialist Practitioners. Our Shift patterns are 7-3, 8.30-4.30 10-6, and 2-10pm.
