      We are looking for a Comparator Project Manager to join our Clinical Development & Supply (CDS) Global Comparator Service Department. This department supports pharmaceutical/biotech companies and Contract Research Organizations by proactively managing the comparator procurement projects.

      The Comparator Project Manager will drive successful operations and delivery of all commercial products purchased on behalf of our clients. They will engage with internal and external customers, ensuring order timelines are met or exceeded. They will work in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Clinical Development & Supply Service project managers and quality teams.

      The Role

      • To manage comparator projects from contract signature stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion

      • Lead meetings with both client and internal teams to facilitate and drive project completion and ensure the project meets timeline and within budget.

      • Utilize and drive Workfront for day to day project activities

      • Coordinate with the Finance department that end of month close out forecasting marrying up billed vs. revenue values & forecasting.

      • Maintain global comparator tracker, accounting for revenue and margin achievements

      • Ensure all activities of the Comparator team are performed in accordance with relevant SOPs and the authorization matrix.

      • Ensure that all comparator invoices are paid within the agreed timelines and customers are informed of outstanding payments. Investigate and propose solutions for disputed invoices and effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment.

      The Candidate

      • A University Degree and/or apprenticeship or considerable equivalent work experience.

      • Pharmaceutical or Project based course is an advantage.

      • Relevant industry experience is essential with proven experience required in Project Management.

      • A self-starter in nature, able to build relationships with multiple sites, and work within a multi national team.

      • High attention to detail

      • Knowledge of pharmaceutical/clinical trials industry is preferred.

      • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with the ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      • Must demonstrate proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint).
