- Personal Care Assistance: Aid clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Remind and assist clients in taking prescribed medications as directed.
- Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living areas.
- Transportation: Assist clients with mobility and accompany them to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any significant changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
