What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze compensation data, including salary surveys, market trends, and internal pay structures
- Participation in salary surveys
- Utilize and extract data from a market pricing tool
- Assist in the documentation and implementation of compensation programs and policies
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years in a role that was data analysis driven
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Must have strong Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Payfactors or similar compensation tools
- Knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems like Workday
