      ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Conduct market research and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation programs.
      • Analyze compensation data and trends to support salary structure development and job evaluations.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
      • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department leaders to provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers.
      • Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity awards.
      • Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure alignment with compensation structures.
      • Conduct compensation audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
      • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on compensation trends and metrics.
      • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform decision-making.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in compensation analysis role.
      • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.

      SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • Familiarity with compensation survey tools
      • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills & ability to present complex data to Sr. Management
      • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
      • Experience with producing compensation dashboards
      • Knowledge of excel at an expert level.

      COMPENSATION

      Location: Hybrid/Remote Corporate Headquarters (Conshohocken, PA)
