      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and maintain compensation plans and policies in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
      - Assist leaders with wage recommendations for promotions, transfers, and demotions
      - Participate in compensation surveys and perform data analysis for cash compensation programs
      - Serve as a resource to leadership in resolving department structural issues
      - Ensure accuracy and effective administration of compensation data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources with an analytical focus
      - Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills
      - Proficient knowledge of compensation principles, job analysis/evaluation, and relevant regulations
      - Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or other human resources functions
      - Experience with compensation management
