What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to inform compensation strategies
- Develop Excel-based analytical tools for efficient data outputs
- Run queries and address issues using HRIS and Compensation Administration systems
- Conduct audits for data validity and governance purposes
- Provide support for the annual salary planning process and assist in salary survey participation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in Excel and Access
- Experience in Compensation or General Data Analytics preferred
- Proficiency with HR database queries and general knowledge of Human Resources functions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency or proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
- Experience with compensation analysis and market data interpretation
