      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Compensation management team in developing and implementing competitive compensation programs
      - Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate compensation grades
      - Gather data for salary surveys conducted by third parties
      - Maintain salary structures and assist in the administration of bonus and incentive plans
      - Organize and analyze data for reporting and presentations to HR and operational leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in Compensation preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and large data sets)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data collection, analytics, and data reporting/presentation
      - High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
