      Summary of Job Description:
      The Compensation Analytics Manager is responsible for HR/Compensation reporting, analytics, and data integrity. This position supports leadership by providing critical interpretation of data, leading with innovative analysis and communication of information and insights. The Compensation Analytics Manager also works on strategic compensation projects and initiatives, such as hourly bonus plan redesign.

      You’ll get a chance to:

      • Responsible for HR/Compensation reporting, analytics, and data integrity, working on a variety of data analytics platforms to present data clearly and accurately and in a user friendly format.
      • Support leadership by providing critical interpretation of data, leading with innovative analysis and communication of information and insights.
      • Lead strategic projects related to compensation and data analytics, such as redesigning the hourly bonus system.
      • May lead or participate in projects on other HR issues, such as changes in employee benefit plans; performs any needed analysis.
      • Perform project management duties as needed to support data integration projects and the implementation of new reporting resources.

      Your background & experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree required; Business and/or HR major preferred
      • Minimum five years in a HR/Compensation role with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality ope
      • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
