- 給与改定・賞与・株式報酬制度の運用サポート
- 外部調査データを用いた報酬のベンチマーク分析
- グローバルでの福利厚生制度の管理・ベンダーとのやり取り
- 報酬・福利厚生に関する従業員データの管理
- 従業員からの報酬・福利厚生に関する問い合わせ対応
- トータルリワード関連の監査、レポート、コンプライアンス対応のサポート
- People Opsチームと連携し、日本における制度やポリシーの運用を支援
- Support the execution of semi-annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus, equity)
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using survey data
- Help administer employee benefit programs in Japan, US and Singapore and liaise with vendors
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee compensation and benefits data
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities related to total rewards
- Collaborate with other People Operations teams on Japan-related programs and policies
- 人事関連業務の経験（1〜3年程度）、特に報酬・福利厚生領域での経験歓迎
- 数値分析スキルとExcel・Google Spreadsheetの高いスキル
- 報酬調査ツールやベンチマークデータ（例：Mercer, Radford/Aon, Paveなど)の利用経験
- 株式報酬（ストックオプション・RSUなど）に関する経験
- 日本の労働法・福利厚生制度に関する知識があれば尚可
- ビジネスレベルの日本語と日常会話レベル以上の英語（グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションあり）
- 細部への注意力があり、主体的に業務を進められる方
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation or benefits
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheet required
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and survey platforms (e.g., Mercer, Radford/Aon, Pave, etc)
- Knowledge of equity compensation (e.g., stock options, RSUs, etc)
- Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and benefits regulations is a plus.
- Business-level Japanese and conversational English (English communication with global teams is required)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
