      Are you interested in a new, exciting opportunity? We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager to join our EMEA Team. In this role you will be a Country Key Account Manager (KAM) of Tuerkiye. The role encompasses membership in EMEA C&B topic teams providing professional practice and support throughout the region member of EMEA Topic Teams with regional responsibilities for assigned programmes, schemes, and projects in relation to market trends, compensation, benefits, and recognition. The role reports to the line manager in Compensation & Benefits in Prague, CZ, with in-country management by the Head of People & Organization (P&O) in Tuerkiye. The candidate should be located in Istanbul, Tuerkiye. As a team we believe in empowerment and flexibility, allowing you the freedom to perform the role in the best way for you. The Opportunity: Responsible for Compensation and Benefits professional practice for Siemens Tuerkiye including separate legal entities, app. 3.000 employees from hi-tech to factory business incl. all functions e.g., R&D, sales, manufacturing Advice executive company management, P&O Head and P&O Business Partners in all topics for remuneration and reward strategy, trends, and developments Perform market benchmark reports, data analytics and compensation analysis to executive management Management of global, regional, or local compensation and benefits projects & regulations in line with respective guidelines and local law Design, communication, and management of post-employment benefits and insurable benefits plans including vendor selection and experience analysis Design/plan and execution of pay bands, salary increases, short term and long-term incentive plans, and realization of respective calculations Execution of a consistent position evaluation and structure Design/management of all benefits such as flexible benefits, car policies and insurable benefits Plan and supervise compensation & benefits topics in case of merger & acquisitions & divestitures /carve-outs Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of assigned programmes and schemes within the Topic Team In liaison with the Topic Team Lead and the Country C&B KAMs identify improvements to our reward offering through understanding employee and business expectations Perform analysis and research to draw conclusions and make proposals Work on projects as assigned within the Topic Team, alongside delivering an annual cycle of activities Work with our Global Shared Services function (GBS) to develop and roll out robust end to end reward processes Manage third party service providers and monitor performance of offering against objectives as required Collaborate with other experts and stakeholder on various projects and initiatives, both within the C&B team and across functions The Candidate: Professional know-how and experience in Compensation & Benefits Comfortable on working with executive level in an agile environment Well-developed project management skills, with the ability to collaborate within and cross borders Strong collaboration and relationship building skills Advanced communication skills with the ability to adapt to audience, topic, cultural requirements Be a proactive and creative thinker, challenger of the status quo and to be part and support change Strong analytical abilities and detail orientation, including proficient use of MS Excel/Power BI, DIGI Savvy Prepared for light travel Highly self-motivated and keen on continuous learning and self-improvement Full professional proficiency in Turkish and English Organization: People & Organization Company: Siemens Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi Experience Level: Experienced Professional Full / Part time: Full-time
