      Compensation & Benefits Specialist

      KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

      • Drive reward & recognition initiatives including communication and rollout plans. (Michelin People in Motion implementation, Michelin One Care Program, etc)
      • Analyze statistical data and reports and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with market trends.
      • Implementation of variable pay programs designed to place greater emphasis on the link between performance and pay (Bonuses & Incentives)
      • Implementation of Group’s LTI program, Responsible for Country Correspondent & Employee Shareholder Correspondent for Sri Lanka BIB Action (Group’s LTI program)
      • Assist to complete compensation and benefits 5 years’ budgeting process (MDF013) and review annually with budgeting cycles.

      • Administer salary and bonus programs including annual merit review and bonus cycles.

      • Execute compensation & Benefits related policies, procedures and forms to ensure efficiency, quality & compliance (Living wage, No gap in salary with Gender, One care Program)

      CANDIDATE PROFILE

      • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Statistics or equivalent qualification.
      • Minimum 10 years’ of experience mainly including Compensation and Benefits Management.
      • Very good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS packages including Advance Excel is a must.
      • Experience in Taxation would be an definite advantage.
      • Strong communication & presentation skills plus computer literacy
      • Excellent organizational, Planning, Report preparation & coordination skills.
