What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete local, statewide, and national third party surveys for compensation programs
- Analyze survey results and make recommendations for range and equity adjustments
- Assist with job description audits and formatting using System-approved templates
- Maintain personnel administration tables in Lawson for pay programs
- Coordinate implementation of large-scale salary increases and special compensation payments with Payroll
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Minimum two years of experience in Human Resources
- Prior experience in Compensation
- Strongly preferred experience with Lawson
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in Compensation
- PHR/SPHR certification
