  We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the administration of payroll functions for Field Division Managers and Agents. This role is responsible for orchestrating commission reporting, maintaining accurate commission schedules, and processing commission adjustment.

  What You’ll Do in This Role

  • Commission audit reports, balancing reports, and failed event processing.
  • Initiate collections when needed and maintains reports on negative balances.
  • Calculating Division Manager bonuses and investigating any pay-related discrepancies, including forgery claims.

  Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience in one of the following areas of commission compensation, payroll administration, sales operations, incentive plans or data validation.
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Compensation/HRIS policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to navigate implementation of new commission structures.
  • Demonstrate ability to coordinate multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Ability to demonstrate customer excellence to tactfully resolve delicate situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses solid technical skills with proven ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and other business software effectively.
  • Good analytical skills and accounting knowledge.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mathematical reasoning.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  • College education with emphasis in business administration including 6 hours of college level accounting (or equivalent training) preferred.
  • Knowledge of 1099 and W-2 reporting requirements.
  • Possess strong accounting knowledge.
