What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate and resolve coverage issues for abuse claims
- Investigate claims through various means including phone calls and written correspondence
- Present claims and trends to leadership, discussing coverage and liability assessments
- Analyze information to determine ultimate exposure for claims
- Negotiate and resolve claims within delegated authority, providing necessary reports to relevant departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- 8+ years of casualty claims handling experience, specifically with abuse or molestation claims
- Experience in coverage analysis and claim evaluations
- Superior communication and strategic negotiation skills
- Moderate proficiency with standard business-related software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Law degree preferred but not required
- Proven problem-solving and excellent presentation skills
- Valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing
