      A Marketing Manager with the Hiltons of Chicago Complex is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels for Hilton Chicago, The Drake Hotel, Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, Hilton Orrington and Hilton O'Hare continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest experiences and financial profitability.

      What will I be doing?

      As a Complex Marketing Manager, in this hybrid/flexible working environment, you would be representing 5 of Chicago's most iconic hotels – Hilton Chicago, The Drake Hotel, Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, Hilton Orrington and Hilton O'Hare representing 494 years of Chicago hospitality collectively. You would be responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue across a multitude of marketing positioning avenues including (but not limited to) transient, group, social catering, events, business travel, and food & beverage to positively impact financial gains while enhancing each hotel’s public image. The position is a hybrid working environment, which requires strong personal motivation and ability to track and analyze performance metrics of marketing responsibilities while adhering to brand identity guidelines.

      Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

      • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
      • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities as it relates to technology, partnership and events
      • Gather and analyze partnership agreements implementing tactical list of marketing deliverables to be executed
      • Create reports on marketing metrics such as but not limited to social media, email campaigns and SEO analytical reports on a daily, monthly and or quarterly basis
      • Assist marketing leaders with organizing promotional room, event, and/or food and beverage activations
      • Assist marketing leaders with the marketing design to create advertising material
      • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
      • Management of digital reputation through 3rd party channels
      • Social media strategy with responsibility for digital reputation management, brand awareness as well as to generate inbound leads with a promotion and engagement strategy to produce a foundation for conversion
      • CMS knowledge to assist marketing leaders with weekly, month and quarterly audits of vanity sites and brand.com
      • Customized PowerPoints templates


      Keys to Success:

      • Strong writing and communication skills.
      • CMS knowledge
      • Proficient with PowerPoint, Canva, and social media enhancement apps.
      • Builds a close alignment with on-property, regional, and brand marketing teams.
      • Successfully executes the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan.
      • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
      • Has a passion for learning and staying ahead of trending digital strategies, innovation, platforms and technologies.
      • Highly adaptable to seasonality and conflicting priorities.
      • Highly motivated and can excel in hybrid/flexible working environments
