Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Project Coordinator in our Mississauga office. What will you do? In this role, utilizing project management methodologies, tools and procedures, you will coordinate the overall delivery of projects. Support project and tender managers in their day-to-day execution activities; Perform data extraction, analysis, and create reports; Prepare approval, record and “as build” drawing packages for customers; Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents; Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation; Manage customers complaints; Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and Proof Of Delivery (POD) copies; Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector; Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers; Develop relationships with client/consultant personnel that foster long term business ties; Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices. A track record in overseeing the planning and execution of projects involving electrical distribution equipment and/or industrial automation systems (asset). Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems. Effective communication skills Ability to plan, organize, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
