      Compliance Administrator

      Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 9QD

      £24,570 per annum

      Permanent - full time in office

      Shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis

As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting in making our healthcare workers compliant. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations internally and high satisfaction among our valued customers.

      Every day you will...

      • Resolve all candidate queries and escalate as necessary via regular email and phone communication.
      • Take a proactive approach to ensuring candidates remain 100% compliant to work within contractual services.
      • Support the Recruitment and Compliance Manager to maintain efficient and accurate reporting systems.
      • Complete DBS, ID checks, and reference checks for new starters.
      • Liaise with internal colleagues to understand administrative support required across all business functions.
