      Job Overview

      The Advisor II, Compliance provides support for all operations and initiatives critical to enterprise-wide Compliance Program needs. This position supports compliance functions, which include, but are not limited to, preparation for, and coordination of regulatory and other external audits, investigation and response to allegations of non-compliance, delivery of compliance training, policy and procedure drafting, maintenance, auditing and monitoring, through effective partnerships with business unit stakeholders. This position coordinates, investigates, and responds to routine compliance inquiries of low to moderate complexity with supervision.

      Minimum Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred, in Healthcare, Hospital, Public, or Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare discipline with experience or involvement in compliance functions required.

      Compensation

      $68,640.00 - $85,508.54 annually
