What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development, distribution, and maintenance of compliance documentation
- Monitor pre-trade and post-trade compliance reporting using Bloomberg and JP Morgan systems
- Develop and maintain compliance training materials and document training attendance
- Produce and maintain compliance and proxy voting reports as required
- Ensure all relevant accounts are live and active in compliance and proxy voting systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, typically in Finance
- 0-3 years of progressive work experience, typically in Statistics
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read, understand, and explain legal and compliance documents
- Knowledge of research and statistical theory and methods
- 4-6 years of progressive work experience in Statistics
