      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with daily file processing reviews for new move-ins and re-certifications for properties within the designated portfolio
      - Prepare and update Rent Schedules, including income, rent, and utility allowances
      - Track, review, and prepare Utility Allowances as needed
      - Assist with generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports requested by city, county, state, and other agencies
      - Monitor state agency websites to ensure compliance with the most up-to-date forms and policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with government housing programs, specifically the Section 42 Tax Credit Program, Rural Development, HUD, HOME, Pra811, or similar as a Compliance Specialist or Affordable Community Manager
      - Valid driver’s license and insurance
      - Ability to travel to sites with notice when required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HCCP, SCHM, TCS, RD, or COS designations
