      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and interpret compliance requirements to ensure effective implementation across departments
      - Support audit and monitoring activities, including data analytics and corrective action plan management
      - Investigate compliance risks and issues, conducting thorough research and root cause analysis
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, attending necessary regulatory meetings
      - Maintain accurate documentation of compliance matters, including corrective action plans and executive summaries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, with at least one (1) year in Government Program products
      - Strong familiarity with government-funded healthcare programs, including Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare
      - Proven ability to conduct research and analysis of relevant regulatory and enforcement requirements
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
      - Current, unrestricted clinical licensure such as LPN or RN in the state of service
      - Familiarity with Healthcare operations and/or clinical concepts, practices, and procedures
      - Experience in internal and external audit functions
      - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
