What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze regulatory and compliance requirements for Thrivent's business practices
- Conduct research using regulatory websites and legal tools
- Communicate findings to business partners and clients regarding privacy matters
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Perform testing and monitoring functions to identify and correct deficiencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 0-5 years of directly related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-through
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Privacy and/or Information Management industry designations desired
