- Review HMDA-reportable loans for accuracy and handle annual reporting; monitor fair lending practices and provide summary reports to management.
- Manage loan officer licensing and ensure compliance with SAFE Act requirements, including annual education and reporting.
- Oversee vendor management by maintaining documentation and records of all vendor contracts.
- Support compliance review of advertising, social media content, and documentation for audits and ongoing monitoring.
- Cross-train in all Quality Control (QC) functions and maintain working knowledge of relevant federal regulations, including Reg. B, Reg. X, Reg. Z, TRID, FCRA, SCRA, HMDA, SAFE Act, UDAAP, and FDPA.
- Solid knowledge of federal and state mortgage compliance regulations; 2–3 years of related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; maintains professionalism in appearance and conduct.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows); able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, meets deadlines under pressure, and meets employment requirements including a valid driver’s license and background check.

About the Role
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for overseeing HMDA and Fair Lending monitoring for the corporation’s mortgage division. This role also manages NMLS licensing for loan officers and ensures compliance with federal and state continuing education requirements. Additionally, the Compliance Analyst provides support in other areas of compliance and quality control as needed.
