What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement safety and compliance programs to reduce workplace incidents and costs
- Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
- Lead investigations into incidents and prepare reports for leadership decision-making
- Design and deliver training programs on safety practices and compliance expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years related experience; bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills a plus
- GSP, CSP certifications are a plus
- First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer certification is a plus
- OSHA 10/30 Instructor certification is a plus
