      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct compliance monitoring and testing for various accounts
      - Communicate compliance issues internally and externally
      - Prepare compliance certifications and reports
      - Assist with the administration of compliance programs
      - Support responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 3+ years of experience in investment management or financial services
      - Technical knowledge of investment compliance monitoring tools
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Excellent Microsoft skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of different asset classes and securities laws
      - Professional certifications related to compliance
      - Experience with coding in Aladdin, SQL, or similar tools
      - Previous experience in a regulatory compliance role
      - Advanced degree in a related field
