What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough audits of health plan operations to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Review and analyze health plan policies, procedures, and documentation to identify areas of non-compliance
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified compliance issues
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Previous experience in healthcare compliance or auditing
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, Medicaid, and Medicare
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience with electronic health record systems
- Experience with developing and maintaining effective compliance programs
- Certification in healthcare compliance
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare managed care contracts
