  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct background checks and individualized assessments for applicants
  - Review background check results to determine eligibility for hire
  - Complete the adjudication process within CRM/ATS and manage documentation
  - Foster relationships with field branches by providing background check support
  - Ensure compliance with consumer report laws and maintain employment records
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Minimum of 1 year of related Human Resource experience and/or training
  - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  - Effective communication skills in both oral and written form
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Fluency in Spanish
  - Experience using various technology platforms for decision-making
  - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
