What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide compliance support for financial solutions in the healthcare industry
- Support existing Optum Financial Compliance Program processes and applications
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws
- Develop and implement standard policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance
- Coordinate reporting, projects, and assessment tools to verify compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)
- 4+ years of practical experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory operations
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Financial service industry knowledge
- Experience working with State or Federal bank regulations
- 1+ years of experience documenting process flows and/or technical specifications
